Chef Cyril Lignac has joined forces with luxury brand Louis Vuitton to launch a café at London Heathrow Airport’s Terminal 2. The café will offer an all-day menu with a diverse selection of both healthy and traditional French-inspired dishes, such as royal eggs, croissants, and avocado toast. The café will also serve signature dishes like crab salad and croque monsieur. For dessert, patrons can enjoy Louis Vuitton-branded pastries and a mango Eton mess. This venture is part of Louis Vuitton’s larger effort to expand its footprint into the dining world, with similar projects in locations like Ginza and Bangkok.
